TRAINING

The sport of Schutzhund is changing.  Judges are now looking more at the overall "picture" of the dog and scoring accordingly.  They want to see the dog's willingness, eagerness and drive in EACH phase.

My training for this "picture" is physical.  I guarantee you'll be a little sore, tired and sweaty, but if you follow the training, I also guarantee you and your dog will be a true TEAM on the competition field.  There are no gimmicks, no tricks or short cuts, just an absolute of what is expected from both dog and handler.

Training is a one on one hour-long session that can encompass, tracking, obedience, protection, or a combination of two.  I see the most improvement with both dog and handler this way.  All three phases can be done here at our facility in Adolphus, Kentucky.

Call or email me to discuss the possibilities for you and your dog.
